1. Seasoning & Moisture Dynamics: I used this dispenser primarily for table salt. However, steam rising during cooking and simmering causes moisture to collect at the spout, melting the salt near the opening. Leftover salt accumulates around the edge and easily gets trapped in the lid’s rotating mechanism if not wiped down immediately, causing it to stick. It is ill-suited for fine powders and requires tedious cleaning; it is far better suited for whole, moisture-resistant spices like cumin seeds.

2. Multi-Sized Dispensing Ports: The lid features distinct small, medium, and large dispensing holes, which prevent the cap from spinning endlessly during use. That said, the medium setting is the only practical option for daily cooking—the small holes clog too easily, while the large opening releases too much seasoning at once.

3. Refill & Hygiene: You don’t need to unscrew the entire lid to refill seasonings. This design makes top-ups quick and effortless while keeping the cap off countertops to maintain hygiene.
