I’m currently in a weight-loss period, so my requirements for food are simplicity and cleanliness, and the containers I use must meet my need for speed.

This ensures my food doesn’t taste affected by steam, and you know, low-fat meals are already unappetizing enough.

Alternatively, after a workout, you can quickly and easily microwave your food to replenish the carbohydrates and protein you need. This lid with a valve allows you to microwave without removing the lid, just by opening the valve, to quickly obtain the warm post-workout meal I require.
